What are the four pillars?

 

The four program pillars of Rising Tide Youth Movement are the main structures through which the E³ Framework is delivered. Each pillar encompasses elements of Engage, Educate, and Elevate, with some aspects of the framework being emphasized more strongly than others.

WAVEMAKERS

WaveMakers focuses on family and community engagement. The goal is to strengthen whole families and neighborhood connections so that youth development is supported by a strong and caring environment.

RISING SCHOLARS

Rising Scholars focuses on academic achievement, especially literacy and foundational content knowledge. The aim is to help students become confident and capable learners who can progress successfully through school and into future opportunities.

RISING CAREERS PROGRAM

Rising Careers supports adolescents and young adults as they explore college, careers, and entrepreneurship. The goal is to connect youth to concrete pathways that lead to economic mobility and community leaderships.

GENIUS TEEN LAB

Genius Teen Lab is a teen-focused initiative that integrates science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and artificial intelligence with mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and other relevant areas. It is designed as a summer and out-of-school-time environment where teens experience themselves as creators of technology and solutions, rather than just consumers.
